Choosing a college is personal, and so is trusting someone to help. Here's how we work, what we promise and what we don't.

What we do
- College Insider Sessions: three one-on-one sessions with current students from three different colleges you're considering.
- Interview Prep Sessions: preparation, a mock interview and personalised feedback, currently for Masters' Union University and Shiv Nadar University Chennai.
- The full price and our policies are confirmed with you before any payment, and there are no hidden charges.

What we promise
- We'll give honest guidance, including the downsides of an option.
- We'll never pressure you toward a college because it's popular.
- We'll explain the purpose of each session before you enroll.
- We'll respect your choice, and the decision stays with you and your family.
- We'll only use your details to run your sessions.

What we don't do
- No: We don't guarantee admissions, selections or interview outcomes.
- No: We don't speak for any college. College Insiders share personal experience, not official views.
- No: We don't accept payment from colleges to recommend them.
- No: We don't publish fake reviews, ratings or results. When we have real feedback from students, we'll share it.
- No: We don't use pressure tactics, countdown timers or “only a few slots left” messages.

How we're run
- An open disclosure. One of our founders, Aaron, is a student at Masters' Union, which is one of the two colleges Interview Prep Sessions covers. We say so openly. We don't take money from, or earn extra for recommending, any college.
- Student-run by Aaron Pramodh John and Srivishalini Srinivasan. Meet the founders.
- Honest about our stage. We're an early-stage service, starting with a small number of students and two interview colleges so we can do it well.
- Real contact details. whats.next.educ@gmail.com. Reply time 24 hours.
- Rescheduling and cancellation. Payments are non-refundable once made, and if you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your session.
