About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or enroll in a What's Next? service. By enrolling, you (and, if you're under 18, your parent or guardian) agree to them.
Our services
- College Insider Sessions: three one-on-one sessions, each with a current student (a “College Insider”) from a different college you're considering. Extra sessions can be added on request.
- Interview Prep Sessions: interview preparation, a mock interview and personalised feedback, currently for Masters' Union University and Shiv Nadar University Chennai. Group discussion preparation is not included.
- Sessions are usually 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the session.
What we don't promise
We don't guarantee admission, selection, specific interview questions or any outcome. College Insiders share their own experiences and opinions. They don't represent their colleges, and nothing they say is official college advice. What's Next? is independent and not affiliated with any college.
Enrollment and pricing
Submitting the enrollment form doesn't commit you to pay. We'll contact you to confirm your service, timings and the full price before any payment. There are no hidden charges.
Payments, cancellation and rescheduling
Payments are non-refundable once made, and if you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your session.
If we need to cancel or move a session, we'll let you know as early as possible and offer a new time.
Being respectful
Sessions work best when everyone is respectful. We may end a session if anyone behaves abusively. Please don't record sessions without everyone's permission.
Your information
We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Liability
We take care to give honest, useful guidance, but decisions about colleges and careers are yours. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for decisions you make based on our sessions, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
