Who we are
What's Next? is a student-run college guidance service based in India. When this policy says “we” or “us”, it means What's Next? and its founders. You can reach us at whats.next.educ@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Details you give us in a form: your name, email, phone number, class or grade, school, the service you choose, colleges you're considering, preferred timings and anything you write in a message.
- If you're a parent or school contacting us, your name, email and the details you share.
We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't build profiles about you.
How we use it
- To reply to your questions.
- To confirm your enrollment, share pricing, schedule sessions and match you with College Insiders or mentors.
- To let you know about workshops or new interview colleges, only if you asked us to.
Who we share it with
We share only what's needed to run your sessions. For example, a College Insider may see your first name, the colleges you're comparing and the questions you want to ask. We use a small number of trusted tools to receive and store form submissions (such as an email provider and a spreadsheet). We never sell your data and we never share it with colleges.
Students under 18
Many of the students we help are under 18. If you're under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian knows you're contacting us. We'll involve a parent or guardian before any payment is made.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we're working with you, and for up to 12 months afterwards in case you come back to us. After that we delete them, unless we need to keep a record for legal or accounting reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop sending you updates, at any time. Just email whats.next.educ@gmail.com and we'll respond within 24 hours to acknowledge your request.
Keeping it safe
We use reputable services with secure connections and limit access to the founders and the people running your sessions.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
